PAH Analysis in Waters for Consumption purposes by HPLC.

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are non-heteroatoms or chemical compounds which do not contain orar and do not contain fused aromatic rings. PAHs are found in oil, coal and tar wastes and appear as a by-product in the combustion of fuels. They are considered to be a pollutant because some of their compounds have been identified as carcinogen, mutagen and teratogen.
