AOC-6000 Liquid, Headspace and SPME GC Injection System

The AOC-6000 is designed to meet the requirements and it is the only GC sample injection system that combines liquid, headspace and SPME (solid-phase microextraction) injection in one single instrument.simultaneously without the need for special attachments.

The AOC-6000 is capable of exchanging syringe modules automatically. Simply choose between liquid injection, headspace (HS) injection, or solid-phase microextraction (SPME) injection. The AOC will pick the appropriate syringe module and perform the sample introduction.        
 

Multiple GCMS Sample Injection Methods in One Device

Choose between liquid injection, headspace injection, and solid-phase microextraction (SPME) injection. The sample injection method can be selected to suit the sample form and the components targeted for analysis.

The AOC-6000 system is controlled by the GCMS Solution software. All parameters required during sample injection can be easily viewed, values are easy to enter and can be stored in the GCMS method.

The automatic syringe change feature (10 µL to 1000 µL) allows sample dilution, automatic preparation of calibration standards, and sample prep such as adding internal standards. Thus, multi-point calibration standards can be prepared from a stock solution and each spiked with an internal standard.












 

The AOC-6000 is controlled by GCMSsolution software. All parameters related to sample introduction are clearly displayed, easy to set and stored within the GCMS method.

The automatic syringe exchange (10 μL to 1000 μL) feature enables the autosampler automate the preparation of multi-point calibration calibration curve from a stock solution, addition of internal standard substances, and sample dilution. Considering matrix effects, polyethylene glycol or other
solutions can be added automatically. This is effective for the quantitative analysis of high matrix samples, such as residual pesticides in foods.

It has a capacity of 162 vials with a volume of 2 ml for liquid sample injection, and 60 vials with a volume of 10 ml/20 ml for head space injection. Heating and shaking feature is available during head space injection.
















Number of vials for Liquid injection; 162 2 mL vials (54 × 3) per tray and for HS injection 60 10 mL / 20 mL vials per tray. Syringe heating and Agitation is possible during HS injection.
 

Increased data reliability with syringe and fiber usage history

The AOC-6000 Plus includes a feature for managing the use of syringes and fibers. It reads the Smart Chips built into the specially-designed Smart Syringe, Smart SPME Fiber, and Smart SPME Arrow and displays information for the device, such as temperature resistance, usage history, usage dates and stroke count*. The ability to automate complicated consumables management and monitor the conditions of syringes and fibers leads to more reliable data.













A broad lineup of Smart Syringes, Smart SPME Fibers and Smart SPME Arrows compatible with the AOC-6000 Plus are available to cover any analysis.
