Micro-matrix Bioreactors (1-10 ml)

The Micro-Matrix allows control of up to 24 independent bioreactors in a single microtiter plate area.
For each of the 24 bioreactors with a volume of 1-10 ml on the plate, there is independent control of the following parameters, just like larger scale bioreactors:

• pH (measurement and double-sided control)
• temperature (measurement and two-sided control, possibility to create gradient across the whole plate)
• dissolved oxygen control (measurement and bilateral control)
• individual liquid addition (including feed profiles)
• up to 4 different gas additions, each individually controlled

Each well on the cassette has a separate pH and oxygen sensor and each well has 3 temperature sensors mounted under the cassette, guaranteeing optimum temperature measurement and control.
