Vitamin A and Vitamin E Analysis in Feed by HPLC

Particularly in premix samples, vitamins are added to a certain percentage of certain poultry groups. If this amount is low or not sufficiently homogenized in the sample, the animal group will not be sufficiently developed.

In this study, the measurement of enzymes and heavy metals as well as fat-soluble vitamins are analyzed in the HPLC device.

The study was carried out with Shimadzu brand Prominence LC-20A model HPLC device and developed as an in-house method.
