DSC-60 Plus/60A Plus Differential Scanning Calorimeter

The DSC-60 Plus Differential Scanning Calorimeter is an indispensable thermal analyzer for materials characterization in R&D and quality control applications in such areas as polymers, pharmaceuticals, electronic parts, foods, etc . It offers the sensitivity and easy operation required for the development of high-performance, highly functional new materials.

The newly developed detector and unique furnace structure of the DSC-60 Plus offer a stable baseline with a wide measuring temperature range (-140-600°C) as well as top-class calorimetic sensitivity.

Measurements Below Room Temperature with DSC-60 Plus Series Cooling Chamber

The system is supplied by pouring liquid nitrogen from the inlet into the chamber to lower the temperature. It is extremely useful and practical by eliminating the use of special accessories.
By providing a controlled cooling process, it reaches 10 ºC /sec performance at -100 ºC required for measurements. For analyzes performed below room temperature, the furnace temperature must be converted to a range close to room temperature during sample exchange.
Since the sample loading temperature function only heats the surrounding of the sample when the sample is changed, moisture condensation is prevented and the measurement is continued quickly.

OPTIONS

Liquid Nitrogen Auto Cooling System TAC-60L

Sequential measurements with liquid nitrogen are activated at temperatures between -130 and 500 °C.

  • The cooling capacity is -10 °C /second ( -80 °C).

 

  • In order to keep the feed flow rate constant, the internal pressure of the tank is optimally controlled by the amount of liquid nitrogen remaining in the tank.
  • Vibration is reduced in the system so that the DSC baseline remains stable even during cooling measurement.






 



 



Electric Auto Cooling Connection TAC-60İ

Sequential measurements are activated at temperatures between -50 and 500 °C by connecting a commercially available immersion cooler.

  • The cooling capacity is -5 °C/minute (-30 °C).
  • Since this cooling system does not use liquid nitrogen, it provides easy and safe operation.
  • The use of the cooling system in combination with the DSC 60A Plus provides automatic cooling measurement.

 










 


Flow Controller FC-60A (P/N : 346-67995-91)

FC-60A flow controller is used to control the flow rate of atmospheric gases (two channels).
As the gas ON/OFF control is designed according to a temperature program, the atmosphere can be changed automatically during a measurement.
