POROS™ and CaptureSelect™ Analytical Columns and Conjugated Ligands

POROS™ and CaptureSelect™ analytical columns are used throughout industry to monitor monoclonal antibody titer and product yield from cell culture supernatant. Columns can be run on any standard high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) or medium pressure chromatography system.
Available in particle sizes of 10 and 20 μm, POROS analytical chromatography columns enable rapid separation of biomolecules for both analytical and laboratory-scale prep applications.

POROS™ Protein A analytical columns are widely used in industry to monitor monoclonal antibody titer and yield from cell culture supernatant.
The addition of POROS™ CaptureSelect™ analytical columns extends the benefits of high-speed, high-performance quantification to antibody fragments and isotypes, biosimilars and fusion proteins.

Affinity columns include:

Protein A and G columns
Affinity columns activated by aldehyde, epoxide or hydroxyl
Antibody isotype and fragment affinity columns: IgG-Fc, IgM, IgA, CH1XL, FcXL, KappaXL
Biosimilars and recombinant protein columns: HSA, FSH, GCSF, hGH lambda

Non-affinity columns include;

Anion and cation exchange columns
reverse phase columns
Hydrophobic interaction columns

Columns are available in 4 different models
